Job summary

ASEANet Manpower Consulting seeks a skilled BIM/M&E drafting professional in Singapore to join a client project team. You will prepare BIM models, M&E/ACMV drawings and construction drawings, contributing to accurate layouts and documentation.

With at least 3 years of relevant experience in BIM M&E/ACMV drafting and a Diploma in BIM or related field, you will coordinate with clients, architects and M&E contractors, support shop drawing prep and project submissions, and assist senior BIM modelers

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in BIM, M&E, ACMV, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in BIM M&E / ACMV drafting.
• Experience working on LTA projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with a BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM models, M&E/ACMV drawings and construction drawings.
• Assist with ductwork, mechanical ventilation, fan, grille and diffuser layouts.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, civil contractors and other M&E contractors to resolve technical and interface issues.
• Support CSD coordination, shop drawing preparation and project submissions.
• Assist with inspection, testing and commissioning documentation.
• Support senior BIM modelers and project teams during project execution.
