Job summary

WYN2000 Logistics PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant (Billing) to join our finance team in Singapore. You will generate and issue customer invoices and ensure accuracy in amounts, terms, and conditions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to liaise with internal teams to resolve billing queries. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma, LCCI or equivalent in Accounting
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation

Responsibilities

• Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices
• Ensure all invoices reflect correct amounts, terms, and conditions
• Prepare credit notes with proper supporting documentation
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and queries
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Perform departmental administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
