Job summary

WICE LOGISTICS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Billing Officer to generate and process invoices for freight forwarding services. You will cross-check invoices against shipment records and quotations to ensure billing accuracy, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Operations and Finance.

You will also communicate with customers to clear up billing issues and maintain meticulous billing records, supporting the preparation of customer billing reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum academic qualification is O Level or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for cross-regional queries.
• Data entry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices for freight forwarding services accurately and timely.
• Cross-check invoices with shipment records and quotations for billing accuracy.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with operations and finance teams.
• Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve billing issues or disputes.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of billing reports for customers.
