Job summary

AIA Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure timely issuance of Group Insurance Bills and Policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision. You will review, issue, and deliver contracts and bills, manage the portfolio, and coordinate with Sales and Marketing to track new business and renewals while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma holder with minimum 2 years operations experience in insurance industry
• Fast and Meticulous
• Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills
• Relationship management skills
• Process oriented

Responsibilities

• Review, issuance and delivery of Group Insurance policy contracts, endorsements and bills.
• Manage assigned portfolio and support projects efficiently and effectively
• Track and monitor new business and policy renewal to ensure that information is received in a timely manner by working closely with colleagues from Sales and Marketing.
• Set up and review new business/ renewal policies in core system
• Ensure high billing accuracy with due diligence check
• Participate in projects that involves improvement of operations efficiency, which could include User Acceptance Testing.
• Ensure service level commitments are met.
• Maintain awareness on regulatory compliance risks
• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, intermediaries and colleagues
• Communicate with intermediaries or clients via conference calls where required (Top producers/ complex accounts, etc)
• Attend to email enquiries promptly
• Any other projects assigned.
