Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in billing, workforce administration or payroll in outsourced services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client billing accuracy and timely submission.
• Monitor unbilled manpower, rates, and revenue leakage.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with Payroll and Operations.
• Lead a team and drive process improvements and automation.
• Prepare management reports on billing status and compliance.
