Job summary

MIDWEST FREIGHT & TRANSPORTATION PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for a Billing Administrator to manage invoicing processes and keep accurate records. You will work closely with Operations to ensure timely billing and maintain the data entry and filing systems.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations for new clients and coordinating with the operations team. The role includes ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Proficient in MS Office and data entry.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices and maintain proper record of invoices
• Work closely with Operations for timely and accurate billing of invoices to client.
• Perform administrative duties
• Maintain proper Data Entry & Filling system and ensure all transactions are entered correctly and accurately.
• Prepare quotation for new clients
• Coordinate with operation department.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
