Job summary

Crimson Education, a leading college admissions consultancy, seeks a hybrid Sales role in Singapore. You will drive targets, engage potential Crimson customers, and demonstrate the benefits of Crimson Education to families.

You will deliver consultations, upsell offerings, and uphold our brand during client interactions. The role emphasizes relationship-building, strong communication, and knowledge of US college admissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, business, or education field.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Experience with high education or college applications is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills are essential.
• Solid understanding of sales fundamentals and customer rapport building.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
• Identifying and interacting with new potential Crimson customers
• Establishing rapport with parents and their students to communicate benefits of Crimson Education
• Conducting sales consultations and academic assessments aligned with Crimson brand
• Presenting and promoting Crimson products per the sales process to families
• Maintaining positive customer interactions and referrals
• Onboarding new clients to the Student Success Manager team
• Upselling existing clients on new product developments
• Expediting resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction
• Continuously improving sales techniques and industry knowledge
• Hosting or attending sales-oriented marketing events, mostly online
• Coordinating with Accounts to ensure timely payments
• Providing feedback to improve sales processes
• Contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team
