Job summary

You will handle enquiries, coordinate with the academic team when needed, and manage records and deadlines. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for parent interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in the education industry is essential.
• Strong spoken English and Mandarin for parent consultations.
• Ability to turn enquiries into paid enrolments through clear recommendations and follow-up.
• Working knowledge of Singapore international schools and admissions processes.
• Clear written communication and accurate handling of records and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand each family’s education plans and current school situation.
• Recommend suitable courses and services with input from the academic team.
• Explain programme content, fees and enrolment arrangements clearly.
• Follow up with families to secure enrolments and address questions.
• Coordinate student assessments and explain recommendations to parents.
• Support international school research, shortlisting, and application checklists.
