Job summary

JointHire Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring to drive client engagement and course enrollment in Singapore. The role involves indoor sales, managing social media, and coordinating with the team to support marketing events and seminars.

You will also handle student registrations and maintain client records, with weekend duties required. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or equivalent, is fluent in Mandarin, and can work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking parents/customers.
• Willing to work on weekends and after-hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with clients, agents, and internal teams.
• Conduct indoor sales by introducing courses to clients.
• Manage the company's social media accounts and collaborate with team.
• Support marketing events and outreach activities.
• Handle student registrations and maintain client records.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
