Qualifications

• Minimum local diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Proactiveness and strong organizational skills.
• Good listening skills and patient, empathetic when dealing with leads.

Responsibilities

• Keep track of calendar appointments.
• Cold calling of leads for the introduction of corporate/employee benefits and personal insurance.
• Maintain and update a database of leads and follow up appointments.
• Formulate creative ways of conversing with potential leads over the phone to entice follow up appointments.
• Liaise with managers to follow up with successful leads.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
