Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring a customer service assistant to welcome customers with mobile issues and provide friendly assistance. You will perform basic troubleshooting, explain solutions, and handle data entry for customer and device details.

The role requires Mandarin communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and a cooperative spirit with the repair technicians. Working five days a week including weekends and public holidays, with a two-month contract and on-the-job

Qualifications

• Love to interact with customers.
• Willing to work 5 days including weekends and PH.
• Able to converse in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Available to start on short notice.
• Willing to commit to a 2-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers enquiring about mobile issues.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and explain solutions to customers.
• Attend to service customer enquiries promptly and politely.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customers' details and mobile specs.
• Cooperate with technicians for handover of handsets and customer info.
