Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
Experience in retail sales, customer service or showroom operations is preferred.
Experience in mattress, furniture or home living industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Introduce and recommend mattresses, pillows and related sleep products.
Handle customer enquiries via showroom, telephone, WhatsApp, email and other approved communication channels.
Prepare quotations, sales orders and maintain customer records.
Coordinate delivery arrangements with authorised third-party logistics providers.
Follow up on customer enquiries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain a clean, organised and professional showroom environment.
Perform basic administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Branch Director.
