Job summary

DR Pacific Holdings PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Education Consultant & Admissions Executive to follow up with prospective clients, develop suitable education pathways, and guide them towards signing up for the Company’s services.

You will manage the entire school application, visa application and enrolment process, maintain timely communication with students and parents, and coordinate with partner agents to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Prior experience in education consulting or related fields is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal Chinese communication skills for regular client and partner interactions.
• Good English reading, writing and communication skills for documents and emails.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into signed clients.
• Manage school applications, visa processing and enrolment throughout the process.
• Coordinate with partner agents and internal teams to ensure smooth progress and timely updates.
• Provide high-level customer service and respond promptly to client questions.
