Job summary

Pangolin Investments Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Administrator to manage end-to-end HR operations in a busy F&B environment in Singapore. You will handle recruitment channels, payroll processing, work pass renewals and personnel records.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, computer literate, with CEI certification preferred, and able to interact with directors and staff. This is a full-time on-site role requiring keen attention to documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior HR experience in F&B is advantageous.
• Computer literate with MS Office.
• CEI certificate is preferred.
• Bilingual to interact with director and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through various channels (social platforms, networks, portals, referrals).
• Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters and correspondences.
• Manage work passes applications and renewals for foreign workers.
• Maintain employee records and HR data, including work pass issues.
• Prepare appointment, confirmation, promotion and termination letters.
• Update annual and medical leave records and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain filing systems and data maintenance for staff.
• Assist in monthly payroll processing and computations.
