Job summary

Crimson Education in Singapore is seeking a full-time, hybrid Sales role focused on growing our client base and driving revenue. You will interact with families, conduct sales consultations, and showcase the benefits of Crimson’s personalized education solutions.

The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving targets, and collaborating with the Accounts and Student Success teams. Candidates should have a background in sales or education, fluency in English and Mandarin, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in sales, business, or an education-related field.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in higher education or understanding of college applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of US college admissions and Ivy League landscape is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; comfortable speaking to large groups.
• Strong sales fundamentals and customer rapport-building abilities.
• Interest in helping families connect with the best programs.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Identify and engage new Crimson customers.
• Build rapport with parents and students to explain Crimson offerings.
• Conduct sales consultations and academic assessments aligned with Crimson branding.
• Present and promote Crimson products to prospective families.
• Onboard new clients to the Student Success Manager team.
• Notify existing clients about new developments and upsell offerings.
• Resolve customer problems quickly to maximize satisfaction.
• Continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Participate in online marketing events as needed.
• Coordinate with Accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Provide feedback to improve sales processes.
• Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team.
