You will maintain patient records, coordinate lab communications, ensure cleanliness, and support the Clinic

Qualifications

• Experience as dental clinic receptionist preferred.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin required.
• Proficient in MS Excel/Word and Clinic Assist system.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, visitors and callers, projecting a professional image for the clinic.
• Handle patient registration, end-day collection, appointments, and confirmations via WhatsApp/phone.
• Enter treatment charges and sales in the Clinic Assist system.
• Discharge patients after treatments by dispensing medication and scheduling next visits.
• Submit CHAS, Medisave and other Insurance claims through relevant channels.
