ACE STAR DENTAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a friendly Front Desk/Receptionist to manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries.

You will support dental staff and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or dental reception, is literate with computers and smartphones, and can communicate in English and Mandarin. Chinese dialects are a plus.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ year in customer-service or dental receptionist role.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin for patient communication.
• Familiarity with Chinese dialects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle front desk patient registration, appointment bookings, calls, and inquiries.
• Set up equipment and materials for dental services.
• Assist the dentist during treatment.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients on procedures and post-operative care.
• Update patient records on the computer using relevant software.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of equipment.
• Follow confidentiality and data protection rules.
• Carry out other duties to ensure high quality patient care.
