The role involves reviewing flagged communications, investigating potential concerns, escalating findings to stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements. The position requires business-level proficiency in Japanese and English, along with strong analytical and investigative

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Japanese and English for written and spoken communication.
• Experience in financial services compliance, surveillance, risk, audit, or regulatory monitoring.
• Strong analytical and investigative abilities to review sensitive communications.
• Excellent written English for case documentation and escalation reports.
• Ability to work with secure bank systems and remote access environments.
• Additional Asian language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Review and assess flagged communications on a daily basis.
• Investigate potential compliance concerns and elevate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Track cases through to closure within established timelines and service standards.
• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate documentation of reviews, findings, and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory, client, and internal compliance requirements.
• Complete mandatory bank training and comply with firm policies and procedures.
