Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth within the alcohol distribution sector. This role involves developing new customer relationships and managing existing accounts across bars, restaurants, and hotels.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in business development or sales, a Diploma in a relevant field, and strong negotiation skills. A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage. The position offers a competitive salary package inclusive of a basic pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in a sales or business development role.
• Prior experience in FMCG, alcohol distribution, or hospitality is a plus.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers in bars, restaurants, and hotels.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote the company’s portfolio of beers, wines, and spirits.
• Monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective order management.
• Provide regular updates on sales performance.
