Qualifications

• 7–10 years in beverage/FMCG operations with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

Responsibilities

• Master Production Scheduling coordination with forecasts to create weekly/monthly production plans.
• Oversee raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Manage delivery teams (in-house or 3PL) and optimize routes for OTIF delivery.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to remove bottlenecks in bottling and loading operations.
