Job summary

OCBC is hiring a Benefits Support Executive in Singapore to bolster the delivery of employee benefits operations and governance. You will handle day-to-day benefits administration, MAS reporting, wellness activities, vendor follow-ups and related system projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR/finance operations, vendor management, or admin experience.
• Meticulous, organized and able to handle high-volume tasks.
• Strong data handling, reporting, and Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Benefits operations.
• Handle MAS reporting, wellness activities, and system-related projects testing.
• Process staff benefits and invoices, and ensure accuracy in records.
• Coordinate vendor management and risk follow-ups.
• Prepare regulatory reporting and data submissions.
• Support system changes and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Provide team admin support and maintain governance records.
