LYNN AESTHETIC PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic front-desk professional in Singapore to drive bookings through cold calls, deliver exceptional customer service, and support reception duties. You will manage invoicing and day-end settlements, ensuring accurate financial records in a fast-paced beauty and wellness setting.

The role requires a friendly, proactive attitude and strong communication to engage clients and build rapport, contributing to a positive, sociable clinic atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face customer service or sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with invoicing and basic accounting processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Initiate cold calls to secure service bookings and increase client engagement.
• Deliver attentive customer service to address client inquiries and enhance satisfaction.
• Manage reception duties including greeting clients and coordinating appointments.
• Conduct reminder calls to confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows.
• Prepare and process accurate invoices for services rendered.
• Perform day-end sales settlement to reconcile transactions and maintain financial accuracy.
• Adapt to a challenging work environment with a positive and outgoing attitude.
• Communicate effectively and build rapport with clients to foster a sociable atmosphere.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for working in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry.
