Job summary

NANYANG BEAUTY ACADEMY PTE. LTD. is seeking trainers to conduct professional WSQ-aligned training and assessments in skincare, makeup and beauty disciplines in Singapore. You will deliver multiple courses, manage student records, and support documentation under SOP guidelines.

Candidates with 1+ year training experience or 5+ years in beauty services, plus ACTA/ACLP/ITEC qualifications, are preferred for a growth-focused, dynamic team with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidate with at least 1 years of experience in either skin care, face care, make up, lash care or body care training experience.
• Candidate with at least 5 years of experience in perform beauty services.
• Preferred candidate with ACTA or ACLP or ITEC Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional training and assessment according to Company SOP and Singapore Workforce Qualification (WSQ) standard.
• Perform at least 2 of the training as below.
• Retail and beauty industry: product advisory, demonstration, colour concept application and other soft skills courses.
• Beauty: face care, lashes care, brows care or makeup care courses.
• IT or Marketing: e-commerce, digital marketing or leadership courses.
• Perform student management including attendance and assessment records and student profile.
• Manage student system and documents.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as requested.
