Job summary

Coslab Northpoint Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Beauty Trainer to lead hands-on training sessions on facial, body slimming and other beauty treatments, and to develop up-to-date training materials.

You will evaluate therapists, provide mentorship, collaborate with management to identify training needs, and maintain a positive learning environment, with a 5-day work week and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, ideally in a Beauty Salon for face and body treatments.
• CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC/WSQ or any other relevant qualifications in beauty
• Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming and beauty treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting and influencing
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, ideally in Beauty Salon for face and body treatments
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ or any other relevant qualifications in beauty
• Strong knowledge of facial, body slimming and beauty treatment techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting and influencing
• Passion for the beauty industry and dedication to skill development
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
