Job summary
COSMO MEDICAL SPA PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Beauty Trainer to elevate the technical competence and service quality of beauticians, therapists and consultants. You will design and deliver training, assess competency, support onboarding and ensure safe, consistent treatments across all outlets.
The role emphasizes coaching, material development and strong collaboration with management and suppliers to maintain high standards, with occasional outlet visits across Singapore.
Qualifications
- Diploma or recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology.
- WSQ beauty or wellness qualifications are preferred.
- CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or equivalent international beauty qualifications are advantageous.
- ACLP, ACTA or another adult‑training qualification is preferred for designing programmes and assessments.
- Relevant equipment or product certification is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical competence and service standards across outlets.
- Conduct training for facial, body and beauty treatments.
- Assess staff competency and provide coaching.
- Support onboarding and monitor probation periods.
- Audit treatment rooms, hygiene and SOP adherence.
- Prepare training materials, lesson plans and assessments.
- Standardise treatment steps and service scripts across outlets.
- Provide client consultation training and complaint handling guidance.
