Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in beauty therapy, including facials, slimming, and hair removal.
• At least 3 years of experience as a trainer, mentor, or coach in the beauty industry.
• Proven experience delivering training in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of treatments to professional standards.
• Train beauticians on treatment procedures, equipment use, and consultation skills.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering consistently high service standards.
• Review new beauty technologies and treatment methods.
