Job summary

CHLITINA BEAUTY AMK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead and oversee training initiatives within our beauty business.

The role focuses on developing programmes for therapists, aestheticians, consultants and frontline staff, with a strong emphasis on quality service, hygiene and safety. You will assess skill gaps, design targeted development plans and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our team delivers exceptional treatments and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in beauty, skincare or aesthetics industry.
• Experience in beauty training, staff development or training management.
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products and equipment.
• Excellent coaching, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop comprehensive training programmes for beauty therapists, aestheticians, consultants and customer service staff.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps and development needs.
• Maintain current knowledge of beauty industry trends, treatments, technologies and products.
