WESTLINK SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Beauty Salon Supervisor to oversee daily salon operations, supervise therapists and staff, and maintain service quality and hygiene standards.

You will coordinate staff rosters, monitor bookings, drive sales, and ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in beauty or personal care sector.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work weekends/public holidays as required.
• Organisational and staff management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure cleanliness and readiness for business.
• Supervise beauty therapists, beauticians, receptionists, and other staff; prepare rosters and allocate duties.
• Ensure professional, courteous, and satisfactory customer service; handle inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor sales, treatment revenue, and retail product sales; assist in achieving monthly targets.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulations; manage equipment, inventory, and storage.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales, staff attendance, and customer feedback; assist with cash handling and end-of-day closing.
