Job summary

The 3F HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced operations and beauty business leader to oversee daily activities and drive growth in our beauty segment.

You will guide salon/clinic teams toward achieving targets while upholding service excellence. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management to expand revenue, optimize operations, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business or beauty management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in beauty/wellness.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proven business development and sales management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
• Experience in Singapore beauty industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall daily operations of the beauty business.
• Manage and lead beauty salon/clinic teams to achieve business and sales targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
• Manage staff performance, recruitment, training, and development.
• Monitor customer service standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Monitor sales performance, expenses, and overall business profitability.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.
• Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.
