Job summary

HAACH Lifestyle operates clinics in Singapore and seeks a proactive Beauty Specialist to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service. You will be the first point of contact, understand client goals, and recommend suitable beauty treatments and products to achieve desired results.

You will build lasting relationships, conduct consultations, and meet sales targets while collaborating with the clinic team to ensure the best customer experience. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

Sales experience in beauty or related industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of beauty and aesthetics products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales and repeat business.
Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend treatments/products.
Provide excellent customer service for a positive experience.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Collaborate with clinic team to ensure effective treatment recommendations.
