Job summary

ADONIS INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is seeking an hands-on Assistant Production Manager/ Production Manager to lead our beauty products production and team in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, ensure GMP-compliant processes, and maintain quality while coordinating with suppliers and logistics.

You will also engage with customers and support business growth, with a strong focus on people management, planning and continuous improvement across factory operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in factory, production or operations management with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics/personal care industry is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory control and day-to-day factory operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, hygiene, safety and production documentation is preferred.
• Strong people-management, planning, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort engaging with customers and supporting sales/business development activities.
• Hands-on and able to work across factory operations, suppliers, logistics, retail and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations including preparation, filling, packing, labelling and finished goods handling.
• Lead, supervise and develop the production team with work allocation and attendance.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, safety and quality compliance across operations.
• Monitor material usage, inventory records and batch controls.
• Maintain accurate production, batch and stock records.
• Drive improvements to factory processes by monitoring efficiency and waste.
• Liaise with suppliers on materials, packaging and documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for local and overseas shipments and shipping docs.
• Support cosmetic product regulatory matters including notifications and labeling.
