Job Overview

Shanghai J TCM Wellness is a beauty salon located at the Heart of Jurong west market. Our company have been in the beauty industry for over 15 years. Our clients are mainly from the neighbourhood with large customer base. We offer a huge variety of hair services for our clients as well as other beauty services such as facial and TCM treatments. We are expanding and our new shop requires new enthusiastic beautician who are not only outgoing but also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

• Experience Beautician
• Experience Beauty Consultant
• Experience Beautician Therapist
• Experience Sales Consultant
• Experience Hairstylist

Basic Salary

Basic salary + Commission

Requirements

• Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience.
• 6 days work week.
• Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager.
• Promote wide range of services and packages.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Hardworking and team cooperation.
• Able to commute well with peers / a team player.
• Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
• Strong negotiation and selling skills, well groomed and presentable.
• Independent and self-motivated.
• Beauty / Facial knowledge.
• Able to multitask and speak Mandarin and English.
• Able to hit sales target and bring in customers.
• For hairstylist, must be able to do cutting, design, color, treatments, and sell package. Must know latest hair fashion design and meet Personal sales target.
