Job summary

New Beauty Group Limited is seeking a beauty retail consultant in a fast-paced outlet in Singapore. You will greet clients, conduct product consultations, and tailor skincare solutions to individual skin concerns and goals.

You will actively promote products, packages and memberships, aiming to meet sales targets while maintaining product knowledge and delivering excellent customer service. Booking, payments and front desk duties form part of your daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in retail beauty, skincare consultancy, or front-line roles in a salon or aesthetic environment.
• Strong sales ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of skincare products and basic facial treatments is a plus.
• Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
• Relevant beauty or retail training is preferred but not mandatory.

Sales & Targets: Actively promote products, packages and memberships; meet individual and team sales targets.

Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of skincare, bodycare and aesthetic services; demonstrate and explain product benefits and usage.

Booking & Frontline Duties: Manage appointments, handle enquiries, process payments and support reception duties as needed.

Client Follow-up: Contact clients for post-treatment care, promotions and retention initiatives; track client progress and feedback.

Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure outlet cleanliness and adhere to company SOPs, health & safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year in retail beauty, skincare consultancy, or salon/aesthetic front-line roles preferred.

Skills: Strong sales aptitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

Knowledge: Familiarity with skincare products, basic facial treatments or aesthetics is an advantage.

Languages: Fluent English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Education & Certification: Relevant beauty or retail training is preferred but not mandatory.
