Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is collaborating with a Beauty & Wellness Services provider in Orchard, Singapore, to recruit a client-focused skincare consultant.

You will conduct personalized consultations, assess skincare needs, and recommend treatments while building lasting relationships and promoting products to ensure a premium clinic experience. The role offers a basic salary up to SGD 3,000 with commissions and AWS, on a 5.5-day retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of aesthetics or skincare clinic experience.
• CIDESCO / CIBTAC / ITEC qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized consultations, assess clients' skincare needs, and recommend suitable treatments and skincare solutions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, monitor treatment progress, conduct follow-ups, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote treatments and products, work closely with therapists and clinic teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and maintain a professional clinic environment
