Job summary

PROMAX MANPOWER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead our therapy team and drive service excellence in Singapore. The role requires hands-on management of daily operations and a focus on delivering premium spa treatments to clients.

Applicants should have at least 5 years in spa, wellness, or TCM, including 3 years in a leadership role, and possess at least one professional therapy skill. Strong customer service, sales ability, and weekend availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in spa, wellness, or TCM, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Must possess at least one professional therapy skill such as Tuina massage, body massage, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, cupping therapy, or herbal heat therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa and wellness treatments.
• Manage the daily operations of the therapy team.
• Monitor treatment quality and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Train and coach junior therapists.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues.

Job Requirements

• Must possessat least one professional therapy skill, such as Tuina massage, body massage, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, cupping therapy, or herbal heat therapy.
• Physically fit and able to perform treatment sessions for extended periods.
• Strong sales and consultation skills, with the ability to recommend suitable treatments, packages, and membership programs.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Able to train, manage, and motivate therapists to achieve service and sales targets.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Responsible, professional, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and on rotating shifts.
