Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our Orchard store. The role involves assisting customers, processing payments, and maintaining attractive product displays.

The position requires 5 working days per week, 44-hour rotating shifts from 10am to 10pm, with salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,500 depending on experience. No commissions are offered. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Ability to handle enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Basic cash handling and POS transaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish and arrange stock on shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed.
• Support promotional events and in-store marketing activities.
• Assist with stock receiving and stocktaking.
• Work with the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
