Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a customer service oriented Retail Associate to join our Orchard store. You will welcome customers, recommend products, handle enquiries, and process payments.

Working on a 5-day week with 44-hour rotating shifts, you will help stock shelves, support promotional events, and assist the team to achieve sales targets while delivering friendly service. Other duties include stock receiving, daily housekeeping, and ensuring merchandise is well displayed to

• Welcome and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish and arrange stock on shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are well displayed.
• Support promotional events and in-store marketing activities.
• Assist with stock receiving and stocktaking.
• Work with the store team to achieve sales targets.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
