Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Orchard, Singapore is seeking a Retail Assistant in the beauty sector. You will provide personalised beauty consultations, recommend skincare, makeup and beauty products, and build client relationships to boost sales.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and daily store operations to create a welcoming shopping experience for customers. Availability on weekends/public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, makeup and retail industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
• Positive, energetic and comfortable engaging with customers
• Beauty Advisor, retail sales or customer service experience advantageous
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays

• Provide excellent customer service and personalised beauty consultations
• Understand customers' needs and recommend skincare, makeup and beauty products
• Demonstrate products and share product knowledge and application tips
• Build strong customer relationships through clienteling and follow-up service
• Work towards individual and store sales targets
• Support daily retail operations, stock replenishment and product displays
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure a welcoming, professional shopping experience for customers

Location: Orchard
Basic Salary: $1,975 – $2,100/month
Monthly Commission & Incentives: average $700/month

On top of the commission scheme, eligible Beauty Advisors may receive:

• Flagship Allowance: $100/month — subject to proration based on start/end date
• Flagship BA Productivity Incentive: $700 — when the Beauty Advisor achieves 100% or above of individual sales target and the store achieves at least 90% of its target
• Conversion Incentive: $200 — when the store achieves its conversion target
