Job summary

Private Advertiser at Changi Airport is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor to join a prestigious luxury beauty team. You will engage travelers, understand their preferences, and recommend skincare, fragrance, and beauty products to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

This full-time role offers a gross salary up to SGD 3,400 per month plus commission/incentives, grooming allowance, AWS, and VB. Shift-work includes weekends and public holidays, with opportunities to grow in luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen/PR/LTVP status
• Experience in skincare, fragrance or beauty retail is preferred but not mandatory
• Confident, friendly and comfortable approaching customers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
• Positive and customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Eager to learn and develop product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and understand their preferences and needs
• Recommend suitable beauty, skincare and fragrance products
• Share product knowledge and create an engaging shopping experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Support sales activities and achieve individual and team targets
• Maintain a neat and presentable counter
• Assist with basic housekeeping and product replenishment
