Job summary

BOSS MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused skincare retail associate to promote products, demonstrate routines, and provide expert advice to shoppers.

You will help customers choose items that suit their skin type and concerns, maintain store standards, and deliver outstanding service during retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Preferably with retail sales experience.
• Service and sales-oriented
• Friendly and approachable personality with good interpersonal skills
• Proven sales track record
• Passionate about the skincare and beauty industry
• Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends, and PH

• Educate & offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
• Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, tone, and concerns.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
• Handle phone and walk-in customers' enquiries
• Build rapport with customers and ensure a long-term relationship with them
• Be presentable and maintain good conduct
• Ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
• Assist in the maintenance of the storehousekeeping
