Job summary

JUST RECRUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to drive delivery across Anchor workstreams, ensuring on-time completion of migration activities. You will craft and maintain detailed plans and coordinate cross-functional teams in a 9am–6pm SGT schedule.

The role emphasizes stakeholder reporting, dashboard creation, and governance-aligned change management to support successful migration by H1 FY27.

Qualifications

• Essential Project Management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Desirable prior experience as Project Management Officer.

Responsibilities

• Workstream Planning & Execution: manage day-to-day delivery across Anchor workstreams and maintain detailed plans.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: prepare status updates, dashboards, and packs for internal stakeholders; run stand-ups and meetings to maintain momentum.
• Dependency & Change Management: monitor inter-workstream dependencies and governance-approved change requests.

Job Purpose:

Delivery execution, planning, dependency management (9am to 6pm SGT)

Job Background/context:

This is a Workstream Project Manager role to support Project Anchor, which is migration of IPB business from one legal entity to another, targeting completion by H1 FY27

Key Responsibilities:

• Workstream Planning & Execution: Manage day-to-day delivery across assigned Anchor workstreams, maintaining detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Prepare status updates, dashboards, and meeting packs for internal stakeholders; facilitate workstream stand-ups and working group sessions to maintain momentum and resolve blockers.

• Dependency & Change Management: Monitor intra- and inter-workstream dependencies, assess the impact of scope changes, and ensure change requests are properly documented and approved through the governance process.

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential Project Management/Business Analyst with experience of 5+ years

Desirable Prior experience as Project Management Officer
