Job summary

STRUMM'S HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated bartenders to join our dynamic team. You will craft a range of drinks, engage guests with recommendations, and ensure a fun, memorable experience while handling payments at the bar.

Experience in bartending is a plus; extensive on‑the‑job training will be provided. A strong English background and knowledge of beer, wine and spirits are desirable for smooth operation in our fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level with strong English.
• Prior bartending experience is a plus; training offered.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
• Experience creating drinks or strong desire to learn mixology.
• Knowledge of F&B industry and food pairing helps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of beverages with precision and flair.
• Deliver exceptional service and engage guests with recommendations.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistently excellent service.
