Role Description

The Bartender is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Day-to-day tasks include taking drink orders, mixing and garnishing cocktails, pouring wine and beer, and ensuring accurate cash handling and POS transactions. The role involves maintaining bar cleanliness and organization, managing stock and inventory, and complying with food and beverage safety standards. The Bartender will engage with guests, provide recommendations, and work closely with the service team to deliver a consistent, high-quality bar experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage, including basic wine, spirits, and cocktail understanding.
• Proficient Bartending skills, including drink preparation, garnishing, and responsible service of alcohol.
• Reliable Cash Handling abilities, including operating POS systems and reconciling payments accurately.
• Prior experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.
• Relevant certifications in food safety or responsible alcohol service are an advantage.
