Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced bartender to manage daily bar operations in a Central Singapore restaurant. You will handle bar prep, stock levels, and timing while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of cocktails and sake, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. We offer overtime pay, annual and medical leave, and opportunities for career advancement.

Our client is a newly opened restaurant located in a 4‑star hotel at Central of Singapore. With head chef from Tokyo, Japan, they are offering wonderful Japanese and French fusion cuisine.

Job Description:

• Manage daily bar operations
• Take charge of bar prep, stock levels, and timing
• Keep the bar clean, safe, and running smoothly
• Maintain drinks hygiene standards and workplace safety
• Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent

Job Requirements:

Compensation:

• Working location: Central, walking distance to MRT station
• Working hours: Weekdays: 3pm - 12am; Weekends: 10am - 12am
• Working days: 5 days/week (shift rotational)
