Job summary

TOURLIFE CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Head Bartender for a fine-dining fusion restaurant in Singapore. You will lead daily bar operations, craft high-quality cocktails, and set the standard for beverage service.

You will develop seasonal drinks, train bartenders, manage inventory and costs, and ensure compliance with safety and responsible service while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–5 years of bartending experience.
• Previous experience in a fine-dining restaurant, upscale bar, or luxury hotel environment is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and modern mixology techniques.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique cocktails and beverage concepts.
• Ability to lead a team and independently manage daily bar operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard hospitality environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth and efficient beverage service.
• Create and prepare high-quality cocktails, including classic and signature drinks, in line with the restaurant's concept.
• Develop innovative cocktail recipes and seasonal beverage offerings.
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and service standards.
• Supervise, train, and guide bartenders and other bar team members.
• Manage beverage inventory, stock ordering, cost control, and minimize wastage.
• Work closely with the restaurant management and service team to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
