• Strong mixology skills and the ability to create drinks with consistency and creativity.

About the role

M2S PTE LTD is seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender cum Barmaid to join our dynamic hospitality team in Serangoon Garden, North-East Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the high standards our establishment is known for. As a Bartender cum Barmaid, you will be at the heart of our bar operations, crafting quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring every visit is memorable. This role is essential to creating the vibrant atmosphere and excellent service that define our venue.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other drinks
• Provide friendly, attentive and professional service to all customers whilst maintaining a welcoming and engaging atmosphere
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with care and integrity
• Maintain a clean, hygienic and well-stocked bar area, including restocking spirits, mixers, garnishes and glassware as needed
• Follow all health, safety and food hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with local legislation
• Build positive relationships with regular and new customers, responding to requests and special requirements with enthusiasm
• Collaborate with team members including waitstaff and kitchen personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding inventory needs and ordering
• Operate bar equipment, including cash registers and POS systems, with accuracy and efficiency
• Contribute to promoting special events, promotions and new menu items to customers
