Job summary

Pullman Singapore Hill Street is seeking a skilled bartender to manage daily bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will prepare drinks, follow recipes precisely, and upsell to boost sales while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

You will also monitor inventory, respond to guest feedback, and support the bar team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in bar operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality control.

• Manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place accurately for efficient service.
• Follow beverage recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality.

• Track and manage bar inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall bar operations.
