Job summary

Pullman Singapore Hill Street is seeking an experienced beverage professional to lead the bar’s day-to-day operations, prepare and present beverages to high standards, and engage guests with professional, friendly conversations. You will follow recipes, prep mise-en-place, upsell drinks, manage bar inventory, and ensure health, safety and hygiene compliance.

Job Description

Responsible for preparation and presentation of all beverages in conformance to product and performance standards, maintaining of operating equipment’s, provide sound suggestions and up selling of food and beverage, and engaging guests in professional and friendly conversations.
