PALAWAN INNOVATION STUDIOS PTE. LTD. is looking for a Bartender to join their team at The Palawan @ Sentosa. This role is essential in delivering memorable moments for guests by mixing drinks accurately and enhancing their dining experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for beverage operations and strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. The position offers a 5-day work week, medical coverage, and employee discounts within the Shangri-La Group.

Responsibilities

• Mix drinks, mocktails, and other bar beverages accurately to ensure consistent quality.
• Apply thorough knowledge of food and beverage products to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take actions to improve service quality.
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish bar supplies.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards for a clean bar environment.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall outlet operations.

As the Bartender we rely on you to:

• Mix drinks, mocktails, and other bar beverages accurately following outlet standard recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Apply thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions to assist guests and enhance their experience
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take actions to improve service quality and guest enjoyment
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish bar supplies and maintain stock levels
• Equip the assigned bar area with necessary tools and products to support efficient operations
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe bar environment
• Collaborate with team members to perform duties as assigned to support overall outlet operations
