Job summary

The Nanson, a private member’s club at InterContinental Robertson Quay in Singapore, seeks a Bartender who can mix cocktails with theatre and warmly engage guests. You will help deliver a world-class bar experience and craft memorable nights for members and visitors.

Join a stage for stories, with flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, and the chance to build connections through hospitality, service excellence, and trend-aware mixology.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Maintaining a clean, organised, & well-stocked bar area
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
• Keeping up with current trends and techniques in bartending and mixology
• Assisting with inventory management & ordering of bar supplies
• Guest Experience: Crafting connections, one cocktail at a time
• Deliver warm, intuitive, and memorable hospitality that exceeds expectations.
• Engage with members and guests to share stories behind the cocktails and create personal connections.
• Resolve issues gracefully and uphold the highest service standards.
